I completed the form and received no response from them. 2- I email customer support to learn that open items can not be returned (which differs from the return policy they posted in amazon) and I have the email to prove it. 3- Their response to the negative comment I posted about the company stated that they would accept returns if within 30 days of the order. I contacted them the 3rd day after I received the product. Clearly a prove that the company those not provide proper customer service. I have completed orders with amazon in the past with no problems, this is the first time I've dealt with ANTOnline and I am very dissapointed with their service.
