I read the 1-star reviews and the 4- and 5-star reviews BEFORE I purchased this projection clock. I had to find out for myself. For the price, it couldn't be beat. After following the set-up instructions, I couldn't be more pleased with the performance of this space-age looking clock. IT'S FABULOUS. Someone said that it was an ugly clock. However, I respectfully disagree. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Whoever designed this clock with it's modern look should be promoted. It is brilliant!! The criticism that one can't read the projection time on the ceiling during the day is counterintuitive. One usually doesn't sleep during the day!! The idea of the projecting the time on the ceiling is BRILLIANT!!! I just roll over and there it is. No hassle, no fumbling, no bright lights in your eyes. Another criticism is that one couldn't sleep with bright light in their eyes. Just turn the clock face 90 degrees away from you and look at the ceiling!!

The clock is one hour behind every 3 hours, which can not be called inaccurate, this is like a joke. The projection's clock is accurate. But as you can not see it in daylight, it doesn't help much. Performs adequately. The Projection image is very faint, can only be seen in almost complete pitch darkness. Also, cannot rotate the image to have the clock pointed toward you and still have the image in the correct orientation. But, what do you expect for $10? | 3 | Today | Serves its purpose
Only a couple of drawbacks to this alarm clock radio. 1) - If you set the "sleep" button to fall asleep listening to the radio, you CANNOT set the clock to wake to the buzzer. You can ONLY wake to the radio set to the volume you'd set for the "sleep" function the previous night. 2) - When tuning the analog radio dial for choosing a specific station, it's difficult to see where the marker is on the front of the radio. I bought this little clock radio for my daughter and myself, we both are up a lot in the night, wondering what time is it. This clock is absolutely GREAT, you just lay in your bed and look at the ceiling and there is the time. The little radio get's great reception, when most radio's in my house don't. I would buy again and would even recommend to a friend. I actually bought three, one for my house, one for the RV and one for my daughter. THANK YOU.....Sherry McCoy

It projects the time up on the ceiling, so you can see what time it is, any time during the night, without getting up or looking for the clock on the night stand.
