The first thing I noticed with this set is that they are heavy-duty and after using a few times I appreciate how easy they are to clean. I have thrown out the old baking sheets and pans and will only use these. | 5 | Today | WOW, Fantastic
I love this bakeware, so heavy and will not warp or twist. What a deal, I like Analon way better for all my cookware, better than the other big price brand! I bought a pan with a lid from the "other" brand that starts with "C" and the lid handle got as hot as the pan!! Over $100.00
for a sauce pan and I can't use the lid!!!

When we first got the Anolon bakeware set we really liked it. It appeared to be high quality, with a thick non-stick coating, and grips on the ends molded with "Anolon"
However, after a couple of months several pans started to develop a few spots of rust. Now that we've had the pans for 6 months they have large spots of rust everywhere. The rust is not only on the inside, but also on the outside, bottom, sides, and at the place where the metal folds over. Although the non-stick coating appears to be thick, I can't tell if it thins and then the underlying pan rusts, or if it is rusting from the inside out.
I've attached the three rusty photos. 2 showing the rectangular pan (front and back) and 1 showing the cookie pan (back).

I've had these pans for about 18 months and they are awesome! Nothing will stick to them. Last Christmas I had my whole family over and we baked a ham on the cookie sheet. My mom told me I'd have to soak the pan to get the goo off. She was amazed when I sprayed it with some water and wiped it clean. She said "I want some of these pans!" Guess what she is getting this Christmas? YEP! Her own set. You do need to be careful about not using metal utensils on them. Mine have a couple of scratches from other people using a knife to cut with, but the finish is not peeling like it does with the cheaper brands. I just use a plastic knife and it works fine...no scratches! Also, I do not put mine in the dishwasher. They're so easy to wash, you really don't need to anyway. | 5 | Today | Bakeware rusts
I have had probably every single bakeware product of anolon. It has been almost a year and I'm currently in the process of sending them in to be inspected by anolon. I have not used the bakeware that often and they RUST fairly quickly. The rust starts where under the pans where the metal is folded (I guess I would call it the lip). I didn't notice this at first........but when I would take a pan out of the dishwasher, rusty looking water would drip out. I love to cook, and this non-stick Analon bakewear makes the part I hate-clean up-a breeze. It bakes evenly and the Sure Grip handles are a huge plus. I highly recommend this product for those who enjoy baking. This is the best bakeware I've ever purchased.Great price at $29.99, best investment.Cakes,cookies etc. just fall right off the pan,very nonstick.Would make a great gift for anyone.I always handwash and make sure to use a paper towel to dry under the edges of the backs of the pans, I read in an earlier review that it can rust due to water be trapped under fluted edges. | 5 | Today | WOW!!!
