Designed for camera storage only inserted one-way. Coated metal neck strap was the selling point for me. 5 Today Useful package though a bit overpriced I'm glad I purchased this accessory kit for my new Canon S80--the extra long lanyard allows one to carry the camera in an easily accessible way while hiking. And having a second battery is invaluable. The case is leather and fits snuggly--it is useful for protecting the camera when it is carried in a purse or backpack, but I am finding I set it aside when I'm on the move taking pix. 4 Today Case doesn't fit I don't know what case others got, some have said "too tight" but mine was very loose. The camera is swimming around in the case, easily half a centimeter of clearance. Not recommended. Just buy the battery and wait for someone to make a good aftermarket case. 1 Today Save Your Money Rated one star for the lack of value. You can buy the same Canon brand case for under $14 and a higher capacity, IMHO better, albeit non name brand, 1200mAh battery for under $10 from Amazon. The neck strap is not worth the difference. 1 Today Overall Good, but Too expensive Without a metal strap, I am more satisfied. It is too expensive in comparison with other alternative products. You can buy each product with low budget if you can ignore brand name value. However, the leather case is a must. I recommend you to buy it separately in Amazon.com. Canon Battery I just purchased is good. I bought it because of name value. You can not lose anything with other compatible products. 3 Today Much needed accessories but...... I feel that it is just way too much money for what you get. I own a lot of professional (Canon) equipment and gladly paid the price because they are the best things out there. But it makes little sense to market a marginal product and still expect to command a high price. I have the S80. No complaint there. The leather case was just way too tight, which invites a fumble as you try to pull out the camera. The flap issue is an issue. The neck chain is a bit short, and similar and better items can be had for a lower price. If you shop around you can also find the Li battery for less. I'm not upset, but just disappointed with what I got for the price. 2 Today Canon Powershot S Series Accessory Kit 2 for S60 and S70 Metal strip is elegant and adds value to S70 camera. The length could be little longer though. The strap is somewhat stiff and rectangular juncture near the end is too large and has to be forced through the hole in the upper flap of the camera case. Because of this the camera case is very impractical for its intended use. It would be of help if camera case is cushioned inside to absorb impact. It also would help if camera case provide small pocket for carrying extra batery and memory card. Because of this I wound up buying another camera pouch from Kenneth Cole which has all of the above features. Overall the product represent good value. 3 Today Worthwhile, but case and strap don't play well together All three items are worth having, and the package represents a good value - but these three don't always play well together. Obviously, with a digital camera, it always pays to have a spare battery to keep you shooting when the other goes flat. The leather case is also worthwhile and well-made, providing impact and scratch protection, particularly important for keeping the lcd screen in good shape. Oddly, the cut-out in the case flap isn't really large enough for the metal strap to pass easily through. Thr strap is rather stiff and while it can be forced through, the rectangular juncture near its end is just too large. But leaving it inside the case flap against the end of the camera virtually guarantees it'll be grinding away at the camera finish while in transit.
