| Review | Rating | Last Updated | Cheap, breaks easily -- don't buy! I've barely had this 6 months and have only used it maybe 10 times and it's already broken. Not to mention it didn't work well when it was functioning. I bought this to make smoothies and I constantly had to stir the fruit up because it wouldn't mix well. | 1 | Today | I Love the big plastic jar... I like the wave action of the blender and tha the jar is made of plastic and is much bigger than my old one, I don't have to blend on parts I blen all at once because of this big jar, I'm very happy with this blender. | 5 | Today | Good combo-blender for the price This unit is replacing my Magic Bullet that burned out after only 1 year. So far, I've made smoothies and iced drinks in the blender without any problems. I've also made chopped nuts and shredded cheese in the processor, which was not as fine as I had hoped, but worked pretty good. Overall, I'm happy with this unit - very small counter space, easy to clean, and it works well for my needs. | 4 | Today | cheap plastic I didn't use the food processor part yet. The plastic looks cheap. Hope it'll last longer than Hamilton Beach sandwich press which lasted for 4 months | 4 | Today | There are better There are better blenders than this. The food processor is only good for chop grate, and that only after you chop up the food yourself. Most of the buttons don't work and I have had this for almost 8 months. A little disappointing, but it does the job for smoothies and protien shakes which I make daily. | 3 | Today | Just OK....was disappointing I bought this blender after my Oster blender/food processor. I was disappointed with this product because the blender is really only good for a lot of liquid (like a large pitcher of smoothie). If you have less than half of the jar full, or your food is lumpy, it doesn't work. The food processor is also only good if you have a large quantity of food, and it is only good for chopping and nothing else. My Oster was better than this. I had bought this blender to make baby food, and even after I steamed the pears (2 of them) so they were really soft and mushy and chopped them into large cubes, all the blender and the food processor could do was spin the pears out to the sides! It could only blend anything that was sitting immediate on top of the blades, and there was no way to get any of the other food on the sides of the jar (which was most of the rest of the pear). Needless to say, I ended up grabbing my $20 hand blender and finished the job beautifully. All the buttons with the different setting pretty much just do the same thing, and it is very loud. If you only make milkshakes and smoothies though, this might do the job. They should just call it a loud milkshake maker. | 2 | Today | Good one for price. Grinder is nice but the speeds don't vary much. Just consider this one as having a high and a low speed. I have found no difference in speeds when choosing different options in hi and lo. The food processor is handy but don't expect much from it. Overall it is a nice one, gets the job done. | 3 | Today | Great for the price! This was a replacement for a much heavier blender w/glass that didn't really last that long.
This one is MUCH easier to handle w/shatter proof plastic to handle ice cubes. We use it a lot for blending fruit smoothies. It really pulls the fruit down which I had a problem with previously.
The food processor has worked great for nuts and small amounts of veggies so far!
Very pleased! | 4 | Today | Very handy product I recently received this product in January. I had an old cheap blender that I had bought from Wal-Mart about 10 years ago that finally gave out. I decided that this would be a perfect purchase because I didn't want something too expensive and I have been wanting a food processor. I am very pleased with the product. It is very durable plastic and makes wonderful smoothies for me and my boys. The food processor works good, it doesn't chop my vegtables quite like I would like them though, just turns them into mush. I am sure that I need to practice some more with it however. Anyway, for the price it is a good buy. | 4 | Today | Two for the price of one! This is a very nice blender/food processor. The blender works great, but it's the food processor attachment that sold me. I own a little mimi chopper and this definitely has it beat. I can make deviled eggs (up to 10) in less than a minute and it's so much easier to clean than my mini chopper. It chops nuts, makes homemade salsa and after a quick and easy clean up, it's attractive enough to stay on your countertop. It's not for making 40 pounds of coleslaw, but for one or two cups, it's the perfect appliance. | 5 | Today |
