Now in use as a backup hard drive. 5 Today Out of the box running I bought this 320 GB Seagate drive to replace a failed OEM 40 GB Seagate drive that was original equipment in my Dell Dimension 3000 which was about 3yrs old. The new drive has been running and working without a hitch for about a month now. The Dell BIOS had no trouble recognizing it. I have seen a noticeable speed increase with the 7200 rpm vs the OEM 5400 RPM. Of course I'll need a bigger external drive to back this puppy up. . .eventually. :) 5 Today Good. What else to say?
