Great player!!! I just got this CD player and was amazed at the quality. I picked it up on sale at Best Buy for about 30 bucks so I wasn't expecting it to be like some of those 70 or so dollor sony units but it is great. The 6 button remote it came with is great, they are a little small for my fat fingers but thats not a big deal(the buttons on the player itself are also kinda small). The player is thin and sleek looking with a nice display, but agin its kinda small. I think they made every thing small to make the player look small and sleek and it works. The only color is white with a blue tint or hue. The headphones are the kind that go into the ear and hook around the ear, not my favorite but they work alright. I did buy some traditional style headphones and they work fine(they work with the remote too). Heads up to a bargain alert! I'm a walker - if the day is pretty, I'll stroll aimlessly for hours. While I own an iPod, I wanted a CD player so I could borrow audio books from the library. Faced with a confusing display of numerous models, I remembered that one of my good friends has a CD player with a remote. This remote is very helpful if you want to put the CD player in, say, a backpack, but still want to control the device. After 15 minutes of just staring at the different models, I finally decided on this one. <br /> <br />I couldn't be happier with my choice. Amazon's image doesn't show the remote, which fits into the headphone hole. Headphones (also included) fit into a hole on the top of the remote. Maybe this doesn't sound like much, but it's a wonderful idea for two reasons. First, you don't have to settle for the stock headphones, if you want something nicer. Second, if you're sitting at the computer, say, typing up a review for Amazon, and you hear the phone ring, you can quickly detach the headphones from the remote and dash to the phone. <br /> <br />The anti-skip feature is wonderful, perfect for those quick sprints across a busy highway. I haven't tried running for an extended period of time, however. <br /> <br />The battery life is amazing: I've had this CD player for over a week, and am still using the first set of batteries I bought. <br /> <br />If you're right in the middle of a track and you turn the CD player off (by pressing stop), it saves your position. Next time you start the CD player, you'll be right when you ended. _Very_ handy, and not just for audio books. <br /> <br />I'm not sure if this is universal for CD players or not - this is only the second I've ever owned, the first one being when I was eight - but if you press and hold either the back or forwards skip button, the player will rewind or fast forward, respectively. <br /> <br />Another wonderful feature that Amazon doesn't mention is the "preset" feature - you can pop in a CD and choose the order in whic	5	754 days ago
