This griddle is designed specifically for Camp Chef stoves, but can be used with most other stoves as well. It is heavy, but, as with most of Camp Chef's stuff, it is very, very durable. This griddle is perfect for the camper or excursionist who doesn't need to carry his cooking equipment far from his vehicle, and who regularly cooks for many people. It has a grease gutter and drain, and cleans easily. This griddle is specifically designed for use with a two-burner stove, but also works great on a three-burner stove. We use it on a three-burner, and keep a Dutch Oven on the spare burner to put cooked food in and keep it warm. The surface area of this griddle is very large, and so can handle cooking for many people at a time.
