What a great bag, I love it. <br /> <br />Pros: Wheels are big and go over curbs well. The shoulder strap seems weak at first but it is designe that way to not slip and better support the weight of the bag. I love the interlocking handles of the brief case and the huge space for any size laptop. In the back the curved design does not make this awkward to carry and the handles distribute the weight in such a way so that it is not terribly heavy even when full. It has well over a dozen pockets that help you itemize and categorize and a easy accessible pocket for tickets. The curved telescopic handle is a great idea and it supports the weight well. <br /> <br />Cons: The telescopic handle could be a bit larger. I am about 6"2 and I am conscious at times that the handle is about four inches too short. But it is not a big deal after a while. Secondly if you don't like the blue rim on the wheels it is hard to find a replacement that is all black. <br /> <br />All in all this bag is well worth the purchase. I got mine in three days and i have everything I need it it for class and work and it is well worth it. It seems just a little flimsy, but time will tell. You know - use an older Kensington laptop bag for the past 10 years, grow accustomed to it to the point that the nylon becomes a natural extention of your shoulder and when you attempt to try anything else, it feels as though you're being fitted for a prosthesis. <br /> <br />With this said, I like the new Kensington Contour Roller, but can't get past the fact that as an over-the-shoulder everyday-use product, it doesn't quite cut the mustard. From the pictures, a potential buyer might think, "this has loads of space" but I find the layout of the space impedes immediate access to items and forces me to put adapters and the like in unconventional areas of the bag (e.g. the front pouches designed for mobile devices and cables can't accomodate all that they should when the interior file pockets are used). If you need a bag that can handle a decent amount of paperwork in addition to electronics, you might find this bag to come up short. <br /> <br />I know it sounds as though I'm bashing the product, but I do think it's a great value and has quite a few handy features, such as all of the ergonomic considerations. For travel, I think anyone would be hard-pressed to find another solution that is better in the pricepoint. Durable though bulky, the Kensington Contour Roller is probably one design revision away from becoming the ultimate laptop bag for everyday, multi-application use. 4 786 days ago Exactly what I wanted Kensington makes the best pc cases I've seen. The contour shape and stretchable shoulder strap makes it a breeze to carry when it's not on its smooth wheels. I received my new Toshiba 17" laptop with the non-roller version of this bag and while it is one of the best bags I ever had, if it had wheels it would be very close to the perfect bag. That is when I found this and did not hesitate to buy it. I had a samsonite roller bag for a previous laptop and it would fall over when just sitting there. It has plenty of room with well placed pockets that keep small objects from going to the bottom.
