This is a GREAT microwave. It's easy to use, and at 1300W, it cooks everything super fast. It has a dedicated (and surprisingly accurate) popcorn button, ten power levels and a quick minute feature. Works great for defrosting frozen foods or softening hard butter.

<br />I haven't had the need to use the auto cook feature.

<br />I would have given it five stars except I don't like the following things (which I consider minor: I think the window shape is weird looking, the turntable comes off the wheels when just lightly bumped and the power level is defaulted to the highest level. If you want a lower power level, like the lowest, you have to scroll down through all of them.

Door BLEW OPEN on my Panasonic microwave while using it! Called Panasonic and right away they had me talk to their lawyer. All he cared about was getting the microwave in their possession (maybe getting rid of evidence?). When I asked about getting it replaced, they said after they had it and checked it out, they would let me know. How do they expect me to be without a microwave over for 2 weeks? 4 weeks? When I said I couldn't wait that long, since I have to feed my family, the lawyer said that is the legal agreement I consented to by buying the oven. My only solution is to buy a another microwave.
