The features and sound were good on this player. Unfortunately, it did not last very long for me. After one year it would just say "No Disc" whenever I tried to play any CD. <br />batteries with LESS capacity than the new 2500 maximum.

<br />is a tight fit for batteries (won't accomodate 2500's),
<br />then try the konnoc.com unique 2500 which isn't bigger.

<br />In case you can budget an additional 30 for a better MP3
<br />player, you are better off with the ASIN: B0007P4G5S.
<br />Take time to notice the extra features (single AA cell,
<br />AM-FM-TV-WB, CD, MP3, better blue finish, slimmer), and
<br />you'll realize (IMHO) that it's a FALSE economy to part
