DO NO BUY THIS PLEASE Do not buy this item is very bad because they tell you that it works and is not true i got it and did not work at all and them when i returned they keep 15% of the price so for that experiment i lost like $80 with S&H. <br />if you do not want to lose your money do not try it	1	773 days ago
Waste of money ... doesn't work. First, the camera is very low quality. I have a lot of light over-exposure, even when the blinds are closed and a rainy day. Also (perhaps because of it) there are hardly any colors. <br /> <br />Second, the two units I bought don't want to exchange their video. I have been reading the manual over, and over again. We tried it many times, but the two units don't want to connect. <br /> <br />This technology is not as simple as Vialta wants you to believe it is. <br /> <br />Also, I noticed that a lot of units are being sold through Ebay - another sign that the Beamer doesn't work for most users. <br /> <br />And, Vialta doesn't have a forum in their website. To me that's an indication they have a lot of problems they don't want you to know about before you buy the Beamers. <br /> <br />My opinion ... a simple waste of money.	1	773 days ago
Blurry at best. If you don't mind a blurry picture and really blurry when any one moves then this is for you! However, if you can get the people in the picture to sit perfectly still in is fine, but then that is just like looking at a picture. There is a delay and the ability to see anyones mouth move is random at best. We have it hooked to a good phone line and my son, who has the other one, also has his hook up to a good phone line. I can't imagine what you'd see if your phone line was iffy.	3	773 days ago
Vialta BM-TV Single Beamer Phone Video Station Review This is a fantastic product that allows my husband and I to stay connected with the children and grandchildren who are located throughout the United States! It took a little bit of effort to get set-up the first time, but the Vialta Customer Service was very helpful. It has been very easy to use subsequently. The video quality can be a bit jumpy when the little ones are moving around excessively (e.g., demonstrating their karate moves), but is made up by the ability to see our family live. The grandchildren (located 2500 miles away) were able to celebrate their grandfather's birthday party and watch him open up thier present. We love it!	4	773 days ago
