Absolutely Perfect I have several wireless phones, but I simply adore this little one. I like that it is so tiny and so convenient to carry around, so I don't have to run to get the phone when it rings. I like that I can talk on it and walk around and have my hands free. I'm also thrilled that when I attend teleseminars or do an hour long hypnosis sessions over the phone, my hands and shoulders are now free from discomfort. I read some reviews where people mentioned that the headset is uncomfortable. I have found it wonderfully comfortable and the sound is crystal clear.	5	781 days ago
Ok, if you don't have a home wireless network Loved the portability; unfortunately everytime I'd dial out or answer an inbound call, it would disconnect my 802.11g wireless network. I tried every channel on my Netgear router, and on the phone, and all still had the same issue. I talked to Customer Support and it's a known issue! <br /> <br />I don't know how the FTC allows competing devices to be manufactured on the same frequencies, but don't buy this phone if you have this 802.11g router.	2	768 days ago
Very Poor Item, disconnects wireless network I bought this phone after using a 900mhz plantronics product and am very disappointed. It is basically useless since I only use this working from home and need to be on my computer simultaneously. Using this headset disconnects my wireless network. Works OK, could use some improvement, but it's the only game in town I got this headset phone after using a Plantronics headset with my standard office phone for years. I didn't get it as a replacement, only as an option to allow me to move around while on tedious conference calls but without holding a brick up to my ear or carrying one on my belt. <br /> <br />In any case, the net-net is that this phone is the only game in town for an inexpensive, super-compact phone with decent range. <br /> <br />What follows are some comments after using the phone for a day or so... <br /> <br />Wireless Networks: <br />I believe I have found the secret code! At first, this phone knocked out my wireless network. I saw one review comment that indicated that it worked with that reviewers network and that reviewer also noted that their network was set to operate on channel 11. Since mine was on channel 6, I switched the channel on my network to 11, rebooted all of the computers that use the wireless network and then hit the "channel" button on the phone a couple of times. That did the trick, the phone is now completely compatible with my wireless network. If I had not been able to get this to work, I would have returned the phone immediately. <br /> <br />Audio Quality: <br />Both the incoming and outgoing (as heard on the other end of the phone line) are very good. In fact, my own tests found that the audio quality on the other end of the phone line is better than with my wired Plantronics headset (and, amazingly, with the handset for that phone). However, the volume on the incoming audio needs to be jacked up to maximum most of the time in order to be generally audible. This also amplifies my own voice as heard in the headset when I talk. The audio quality of my own voice in the headset is miserable (I'm curious if others have noticed this too). It sounds fuzzy and over-amplified (which I guess it is) and is distracting, though I'm hoping I get used to it. Fortunately, this fuzziness is not sent to the other end of the phone line. <br	3	768 days ago
Just what I needed I am a recent work-from-home-er, and I needed a headset phone badly. For the price, this thing is perfect. Really it's the only thing out there that was affordable that does exactly what I need it to. The buttons are so very small, and sometimes one gets stuck when I'm dialing out, so I worry about how it's going to hold up over time. It's also taken some getting used to such a small keypad. There's a nice little selection of ring tones, and the message light is very convenient. All in all I am completely pleased with this purchase.	4	768 days ago
I can finally hear again I work in a home office that was built in my garage and with the portable air conditioner going I was never able to hear on the phone, but that has all changed now. The volume has to be on maximum, but I hear fine and people on the other end do not hear the AC which is very nice during the hot summer months in GA. Great phone at any price.	5	768 days ago
