| Review | Rating | Last Updated | Can only be held by hand I did not see anywhere when I bought this product that it only fits on the back of my hand. It is very cumbersome and hard to
use, constantly in the way. I truly do not like it at all and would not recommend it to anyone unless they never move their hands. | 2 | 742 days ago | small hands beware If you are a person who has small hands be advised that this product will be hard to lock the cd cover. Additionally the hand strap which is not visible in the picture will not really adjust to small hands. | 3 | 742 days ago | The best I have ever had I have not encountered any of the problems other reviewers have had. To prevent the screen becoming scratched, put a piece of clear Scotch tape over it. True, the strap is bulky, but you don't have to hold it; I loop it through my pants belt with the controls facing upwards, then I can control everything with one finger without even looking at the unit. I wear it all day long and love it. I have noticed that it is very complicated to enter programs into the memory, but I just keep it at the stations on MA, FM & TV that I like the most. The station memories remain intact while you change batteries, and mine have always worked perfectly, irrespective of which disc I am playing. Perhaps I just get the good ones, but I am on my 5th one, having used and given away as gifts the others, which never failed to work perfectly, after being constantly bumped, dropped and splashed on. I cannot find anything else made by anyone else that comes near this quality. Keep your receipt; If you get a defective one, return it and try another. This is America! Way to go, Sony! | 5 | 742 days ago | This Thing Rocks Almost everything about this cd player rocks. Its easy to use, has great sound and battery life, and has tons of bells and whistles. I found only two things wrong with it.

First, the strap can be an inconvenience. Its helpful when you're on the go jogging , so if thats all you'll use it for, this is no bother. But if you multi-task with it, it can get in the way. Storing it is hard, and it starts to hurt your hand if you wear it for too long. It's not removable, either.

The other problem also has to do with the strap, and dosent apply to most people, including me. If you're left handed, it dosent work. These are the only problems I found... | 4 | 742 days ago | Longevity is more than mediocre $90.00 and the thing lasted for less than a year?!?!? It still plays CDs, barely: I can't move forward or back from one song to another, only play the disc straight through; the Play button doesn't work--to restart it I have to pull the head set and/or the plug-in (when I am using AC instead of battery power) out and then plug it back in, or sometimes open the case and then re-close it; and the volume button no longer works either, it's stuck at one volume permanently...

Up until these problems started arising, about 7 months after I bought it, I thought this was one of the best CD players I'd ever had... I don't use it for mp3s, so I can't comment on that.

But I like the wrap around over-the-ear phones, and I LOVE the hand strap!! That was one of the best features! Makes it so much easier to carry in your hand. I'm looking for one now that has a handstrap but is NOT this brand/model

There are an excessive amount of directions to get it to do everything it can do, but I just set it up for what I wanted and never changed it again.

Still the lack of longevity alone makes me say "don't buy it"
The one I had prior cost me $50 and lasted almost 3 years, even though I dropped it 3 or 4 times. | 2 | 742 days ago |
