If u r looking for a game i highly advise u don't buy this game. it has it's 1 little moment but it is 2 hard and 2 boring i have had this game for 1 year and i havn't got pass the stink'n 1st level! Did a blind man design the camera system? You can't see who is attacking you! You're getting your butt handed to you becuase you are encircled by a gang and are helpless to do anything about it? W T F????
<br />This game COULD have been awesome, THANK GOD they got it right with spiderman 2. It's a shame because the graphics are good, but the controls are AWFUL. Avoid this like the plauge, spend the extra bucks and get the second spierman movie game....it's a world apart becuase that game is actaully good while THIS ONE SUCKS | 1 | 773 days ago | Harder than I Thought...
Thanks god I got this game from a friend of mine, I borrowed the game from him, and the game was good yeah, but very, very hard! (And no, Im not really into Spiderman..)

<br />The Graphics 8/10: are very detailed and smooth, specially in the outdoor levels, the lightning effect of the game arent that perfect. The characters here are well detailed as well as Peter Parker, with the exception of Mary Jane, she just doesnt look like Kirsten Dunst. The cutscene are very well implemented, it looks like a real movie :P (yeah and I mean it) my only complaint about it is that there werent any english subtitles..

<br />The outdoor levels are sooo great and they can be repetitive, it looks exactly like NY, and sometimes you can see the Ubisoft logo on one of the big buildings, awesomee! and abuout the indoor levels, they arent that special, good, but not special.

<br />Sound 7/10 Music 5/10: About the music...? Well.. theres nothing special on it, but yeah, they are cool, once you play level two and three they will get very repetitive, thank god they have a long lenght. The reason I gave it a 7 star rating was because Tobey Mcguire did the voice for the game (I Dont really know if Kirsten Dunst did hers). But when you are fighting a foe, or something the lines will get very very repetitive specially spidey's (Some of them are stupid anyway..).

<br />Gameplay/Controls 6/10: The camera angles and the save system arent very good, cause sometimes you wont be able to see the enemies cause this stupid camera will get stuck and you wont be able to rotate it, the save system is a pain (similar to Buffy The Vampire Slayer) there is no checkpoints after all! If you die at the end of the level, you will have to restart the level again! and is not good in the last levels cause you need to avoid these white robots which is not easy.. Spiderman has some nice combos to pull off.. (they are located like some sort of secrets) however it wont be easy to do this ca | 3 | 773 days ago | Nice, but....
Visually attractive, the storyline is loyal to the movie plus some adds to it like the scorpion chracter. Cool combo moves and nice backgrounds. Ok, here's the dilemma, when Spiderman is searching for the bad guys, where the hell is the web hanging from? a cloud? a helicopter that follows Spiderman wherever he goes? I know it's just a little detail but it is very notable. Besides that, the game itself is good but it gets from very easy to very hard from one level to the next. Buy it if you liked the movie, rent it if you want to distract yourself a while. | 4 | 773 days ago | Great Game
I loved this game. I have played levels over and over again. It is really fun. I don't think it's all that hard. Okay so the big machine in Oscorp and hiding from the Oscorp is a little challeging, but overall it is fairly easy. I recomend this game to people who love to go across the city via web and to anyone who liked the movie. | 5 | 773 days ago |
