safe. Mine warped and were ruined on the first wash. | 1 | 820 days ago | Try Ball canning jars instead. These have always worked for me, but you're better off buying wide-mouth canning jars and the wide-mouth attachment for the vacuum saver. You can get a dozen or two for the same price as three of these canisters. | 3 | 820 days ago | Long-lived grapes :-> ! Well, thanks to FoodSaver canisters, we finally found a way to keep grapes longer than a few days. (The sealed bags didn't work ... wine in a bag! ... but we gave it the ol' college try.)

Now, if we could just keep the Girl Scout Cookies IN their canisters, I'm sure they would last a long time, too ;-> | 5 | 820 days ago | No cracks... 1+ year trouble free daily use Terrific canisters, I just ordered a few more. Some reviewers complain that they crack easily, but mine are holding up well after 1 year of daily use. Although not "dishwasher safe" my husband ran them through the dishwasher anyway(top shelf) without causing damage.
| 5 | 820 days ago | What's all the fuss about? I have used the canisters for years and I have not had a single problem that others are reporting here. Mine do have spider cracks in the bottom of them, but they still all seal just fine. | 5 | 820 days ago |
