KidsHubs – Computer in Pakistan.

We had the first training for our leaders in Jan 2013. They learnt a free downloadable ‘how to touchtype’ program and other computer related topics based on Gospel of John with Bible studies attached.  They went back with passion to put it into practice. During the whole year we were able to run KidsHubs – Computer courses in 6 different locations which helped us to disciple 188 children. For many of the children, it was the first time in their life that they used laptops A child in Islamabad’s slums said, “I have always wanted to at least touch a Laptop but never got the chance. This whole week I am so excited that I have my own laptop to use. I wish to become a computer engineer.”

The second training for leaders took place in Jan 2014 and they learnt another level which was based on Internet & Google search. This year we are planning to run 20 KidsHubs – Computer classes in different parts of Pakistan.

Eastern Uganda is poorest of the regions of Uganda. Computers can help fight poverty. Who can stand with me supply 126 Children Development Communities of 390 Children each with at least 10 Desk Top Coputers and 2 laptops to build capacity of these communities? +256 779 488517
