23 young adults and high schoolers including a local pastor, a christian media professional who runs a recording studio & radio program and several from challenging Asian countries attended the KidsHub Creative media training from 12 – 6.30pm each day (3 – 7 June).  Using some newly written material we saw a group of very shy young people literally burst into life to become an amazing team shooting & preparing their own KidsHubTV pilot episode by the end of the week.
In the afternoons 12 children joined us (11-18 years) to take part in the KidsHub Media training which saw them enthusiastically learning to use cameras, frame shots and make their own Bible story videos and brainstorming their own ideas for a uniquely Nepali KidsHubTV show.
But it was on the Thursday that the talents of the group were realised. Independently groups split up to start translating the episode script into Nepali; another group composed a song for the end; another thought up a new craft activity, prepared a props list and organised a set; while others took on the role of make up & went out buying props & supplies.  We saw an incredible team of dedicated young people determined to use their new-found creativity and skills to make their show.  It was awesome!  A late night that night and another long day following saw the team pull off the shooting of their very first episode with 4 of the children & 2 young adults chosen as the cast.  We left them with the Opening titles to film & the task of editing it together. We trust the good work they began will continue.
